Whatever the scope of the background check, the FCRA sets strict standards for how employers background check companies get consent for and conduct background checks, and what they can do with the information they find.

Yes, DoorDash has a commercial auto insurance policy that covers up to $1,000,000 in bodily injury and/or property damage to third parties arising out of accidents while on an active delivery. I have separate containers for hot and cold stuff and have a heated box.

If you don’t get a job because of information on your background check report, you are entitled to a copy of the report.

I thought I was an independent contractor…not an employee, My account ended up getting deactivated due to annual reviews is what I’m being told but that can’t be accurate because I started at doordash 10 days ago.
