If new users can instantly go into trusted I can see the crashing coming back. I do think everyone should be new user at first until they've reached a certain hour milestone, but it shouldn't be that high, just enough to detour people that turn nuisance and decide to make quick dummy accounts to keep spamming bad things. I only have 50hrs on vrchat but as far as I know it seems that the lowest trust level is new user. Regardless if someone's been playing 200+ hours or 1000+ hours, if they've played that long without being blocked/muted enough to hit nuisance level, then they deserve equal trust. Nothing further is usually ever done to those people, they just become background scenery. I was talking about merging visitor and new users into just one group, so you could still block that group.

Visitors and New Users can also easily be trolls as they're usually fresh accounts from people who just got their 70th 4 year ban but easily come back anyways.
