Within the first 2 days of using the books, pages started falling out and now half the book is loose with individual pages. In every other text I've had with online access, there is an electronic copy of the textbook and then varying amounts of other student resources (e.g., review questions, assessment videos, etc.).
My only negative comment is that this purchase took more than six months to be fulfilled on the amazon.ca site, despite being available on many other sites, including amazon.com.
There are pages that are still attached by a small amount of paper, then some pages are completely fused. However, the access to videos that the rest of my online class received with their new textbook was NOT included in my new book bought from here. Better to spend the extra money for a book that will last and can be easily resold. They also had many pages missing, one girl had an entire chapter missing!
